On 9th September Relais & Châteaux President, Philippe Gombert and other members of the team joined us for the unveiling of our Relais & Châteaux plaque. Co-owners Gary Neville, Winston Zahra and GG Hospitality’s Chief Operating Officer, Stewart Davies then took them on a tour of the hotel.

Speaking about the partnership, Gary Neville said: “We didn’t need to come up with a concept for Stock Exchange Hotel, it is here. It is Manchester’s Stock Exchange. It is steeped in history so the building tells its own story. We just had to play that story out, and we have a partner in Relais & Châteaux that responds well to qualities of heritage. A fellowship like Relais & Châteaux showing such faith and trust in us before we have opened our doors will give our guests confidence that we will deliver something special.”

Philippe Gombert added: “We are very happy to see the results so far. We see that what has been promised will be delivered, and probably to an even better standard than what we were expecting.”
