BIRRIA TACOS: The Mexican Hangover Food DUNKED in Gravy!!!

Koffee Pot in the Northern Quarter have created a 'Birria Brothers Tacos' pop-up and will be serving them from their hatch every Saturday from 12pm until they sell out!

The tacos are loaded with 8-hour slow-cooked Shin of Beef, Cabrito Goat or Oyster Mushroom and topped with Oaxaca cheese. The tacos themselves are first dipped in the fat from the meat, then filled, folded, melted and served with a pot of rich, spiced consommé (or gravy to us) for your dunking pleasure!
